April 11, 2024 – Tempe Union has been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education designation from The NAMM Foundation for its outstanding commitment to music education. This is the second year in a row that TUHSD has received the honor.
February 12, 2024 – The National Honor Society (NHS) announced that Cailinn Allen, a high school senior at Mountain Pointe and member of NHS, has been selected as an NHS Scholarship semifinalist.
January 26, 2024 – The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) recently announced that Tempe Union High School District No. 213 has received GFOA’s Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting (PAFR Award) .
January 11, 2024 – During last night’s Governing Board meeting, it was recommended that the Board approve the adoption of health resources for use during the 24-25 school year.

November 29, 2023 – Tempe Union High School District’s Governing Board voted 5-0 during a special meeting tonight to enter into contract negotiations with Dr. Stacia Wilson as the next Superintendent.
